Process Engineer

Food Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established food and beverage manufacturer to identify a Plant Engineer in the Rochester, NY area. This is a hands-on process and project engineering role focused on improving plant performance, leading capital projects, and partnering with operations and maintenance to strengthen reliability, throughput, and efficiency. Although the title is Plant Engineer, the position is primarily centered on process improvement and project execution rather than facilities or power plant engineering. Key Role Information Support a 24/7 manufacturing facility with three production lines. Report to the Plant Manager with a dotted-line relationship to the Lead Process Engineer Lead 3-5 projects at a time, with individual project values reaching approximately $1M-$2M Manage projects from initial scope and equipment selection through installation, startup, and completion Why Consider This Opportunity?
