Salary Range (Hourly): $48-$53/hr

13-Week Contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support medication administration programs (MAP) in compliance with Massachusetts regulations
• Coordinate primary, specialty, and preventive care across school and residential program populations
• Conduct state-mandated health programs including immunization surveillance and vision and hearing screenings
• Triage illness, injuries, and acute health concerns; provide emergency nursing interventions as needed
• Serve as health advocate and educator for students, residents, families, and program staff across sites
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to placement
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum two years of RN experience in child health, community health, school nursing, residential care, or a related clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills required
• Ability to move between multiple program sites within the Lancaster area and respond to health emergencies requiring physical mobility
• Comfort working in both school-based and residential care environments with youth populations required
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team across multiple program sites
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable prior to start
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems required
• Must pass CORI/SORI background check clearance prior to first day
