Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

·         Coordinate employee schedules to maintain adequate coverage and smooth workflow.

·         Conduct and track recertifications in compliance with program requirements and deadlines

·         Coordinate and perform annual unit inspections, ensuring adherence to property standards

·         Assist with repair requests, work orders, and maintenance supply inventory

·         Enforce workplace policies and procedures to uphold safety and operational standards.

·         Organize and oversee training and professional development programs for employees.

·         Conduct staff performance reviews, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

·         Manage and adhere to the departmental budget, ensuring financial accountability.

·         Review and approve project plans to align with company objectives and regulations.

·         Identify, address, and report safety concerns in a timely manner to prevent risks.

·         Track and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to predetermined standards and deadlines.

·         Ensure overall compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.

·         Review all project contracts and submit them to management for final approval.

·         Respond to inquiries from potential project partners, providing necessary information.

·         Mediate on-site conflicts and resolve workplace disputes effectively.

·         Prepare and submit bi-monthly progress reports to management, outlining key updates and challenges.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·         Must have strong problem-solving skills.

·         Must have great communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Must have superior customer service skills.

·         Must be detail oriented and have good scheduling skills.

·         Must have a valid driver’s license.

·         Must be experienced in Excel; Microsoft Office

·         Bachelors

·         3-5 years’ experience in the field
