Salary Range: $42,000-$58,000+ (with incentives) Parts Associate – Powersports Dealership
Delmarva Power Sports – Salisbury, MD Delmarva Power Sports is a fast-growing, family-owned dealership on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, representing top-tier brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, CFMOTO, and Kayo. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Parts Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is organized, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while supporting multiple departments. Position Overview
The Parts Associate plays a key role in supporting customers, service, and sales by ensuring accurate parts lookup, ordering, receiving, and inventory management. This position is also instrumental in helping drive revenue by assisting the sales team with accessorizing units. Responsibilities
Assist customers at the counter, on the phone, and online with parts and accessory inquiries
Look up parts using OEM catalogs and systems
Process parts orders for customers and the service department
Work closely with the sales team to recommend and quote accessories for new and pre-owned units
Help build accessory packages to enhance unit sales and improve customer experience
Coordinate parts availability and timing to support unit delivery deadlines
Receive, check in, and stock inventory accurately
Maintain organized and clean parts storage areas
Monitor backorders and follow up on outstanding parts
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to keep workflow efficient Qualifications
Prior parts, automotive, or powersports experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and service departments
Basic computer skills (experience with Lightspeed or similar systems is a plus) Compensation & Benefits
