Quality Manager

To enhance quality processes and standards, the full-time Quality Manager will design and implement quality initiatives, provide clinical and administrative recommendations, and foster a quality-driven culture while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities: Leads and influences stakeholders to align on quality objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives Analyzes data to ensure compliance with quality standards and identifies opportunities for improvement Provides leadership in the selection, hiring, training, and performance management of the Quality team Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience leading teams in a Clinical/Quality setting Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work full-time during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
