Description
The Nova Lab is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative team in Fairfax. This full-time, remote position presents a unique opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to dive into the dynamic world of supply chain management within the Information Technology industry.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations that support our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance productivity and drive cost-effective solutions, ultimately contributing to the success of The Nova Lab.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $144,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development within the tech industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance supply chain operations to maximize efficiency
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Implement best practices in inventory management
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels
Monitor key performance indicators to assess supply chain effectiveness
Assist in the development of procurement strategies
Support sustainability initiatives within the supply chain

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of logistics and procurement processes is a plus
