Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time Strategic Client Success Manager will own executive relationships, set strategic direction, and drive commercial outcomes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and nurture executive relationships with C-suite clients, focusing on long-term success plans Lead and develop a Client Success Manager, ensuring effective program execution and team growth Drive full commercial ownership of renewals, upsells, and expansions across a complex client portfolio Required qualifications 10+ years in an enterprise client-facing role at a SaaS company, preferably in email, SMS, or digital marketing technology Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience managing client-facing professionals and driving their development Demonstrated success in managing a large, complex book of business with significant renewal and upsell targets Proven ability to build and maintain C-suite relationships and navigate complex technical escalations
