Pharmacy Research Program Manager - Standards & Growth
Allina Health
Allina Health is seeking a Program Manager, Pharmacy Research to partner with Allina Health Research and pharmacy leaders. The role standardizes workflows and investigational drug practices across sites, guiding start-up, operations and compliance for clinical trials.
The position focuses on improving readiness, reducing variation, and strengthening onboarding and training for pharmacy teams supporting research initiatives across inpatient and outpatient settings.
