Recruiter

Our client, a well-established global organization, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions including administrative, professional, technical, and entry-level roles. This individual will also serve as a key resource for applicant tracking system administration, recruiting analytics, and hiring process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates across multiple disciplines.
  
• Manage job postings through internal and external recruiting platforms.
  
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers.
  
• Track recruiting activity and maintain hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and employee referral initiatives.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor open requisitions.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

ATS & Reporting

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System.
  
• Train managers and users on ATS functionality and best practices.
  
• Generate recruiting and workforce reports to support hiring decisions.
  
• Maintain system data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  

Human Resources Support

• Update and maintain job descriptions and career site content.
  
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, assessments, and onboarding activities.
  
• Support employee referral programs and HR compliance initiatives.
  
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement efforts.
  

Qualifications
Required

• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience.
  
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  
• 1-3 years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably SilkRoad/RIVS or similar platforms.
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience supporting HR systems and reporting functions.
  
• Microsoft Teams experience.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  
• Ability to document processes and develop procedures.
  
• Customer-service focused mindset when working with candidates and hiring managers.
  

Pay Details: $31.25 to $40.85 per hour
