Personal Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, flexible, and tech-savvy personal assistant to support a busy healthcare director with everyday personal, household, office, and travel-related responsibilities. This is not a desk-only job and every day may look different. The main purpose of this role is to be an extra set of hands helping keep things organized, following up on important tasks, and stepping in wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and track important follow-ups
• Manage reminders for appointments, meetings, calls, and deadlines
• Schedule appointments, office visits, and travel
• Take notes and maintain task and follow-up lists
• Assist during visits to multiple office locations
• Help with everyday household organization and light household tasks
• Organize closets, rooms, living spaces, and work areas
• Help with room setup, unpacking, errands, packages, and personal tasks
• Welcome or assist guests when needed
• Drive to offices, appointments, meetings, errands, and events
• Accompany the director to conferences, seminars, and business travel
• Handle changing day-to-day tasks and help solve problems as they come up

Schedule: Flexibility is required. Some days may be approximately 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, while other days may be 12:00 PM-8:00 PM, depending on meetings, travel, office visits, and daily needs.

Travel: Frequent local travel and occasional out-of-state or international travel may be required. Approved company-related travel expenses are covered.

Compensation: $32,000-$38,000 per year starting and increases with performance review.

Optional Housing: For the right candidate, private housing may be available at the family residence in a separate in-law unit with a private bedroom and bathroom.
