They deliver excellent member service and generate revenue from Private Training and Supplements, address member concerns, manage employee relations, oversee scheduling and time‑keeping activities, communicate and enforce company and club policies, and achieve revenue goals. The position requires 7‑day weekly availability, including morning and night shifts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell and Conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members Sells training sessions, executes prospecting strategies, conducts guest tours, and completes staff sales through the turnover process. Services Intro PT packages, builds value, and re‑signs clients on full programs to hand off to coaching staff. Prospects members in person and digitally to generate complimentary appointments for PT programs. Accurately administers client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs; arrives on time and is prepared for all training appointments. Assists in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, and workshops. Achieves monthly revenue objectives set by the company for Private Training and Supplements. Reviews daily club sales performance and individual employee statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President, and staff to identify issues and clarify necessary behaviors to reach sales goals. Administers company policies related to the sales process. Coordinately manages client appointments, schedules sessions, meetings, or service visits according to client availability, maintains up‑to‑date scheduling records, and adjusts for changes or cancellations; oversees the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments. Club Administration Works with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive, that revenue and service goals are communicated, and that the club stays on target for daily, weekly, and monthly financial goals. Sets monthly, weekly, and daily goals and objectives that are consistent with or above company standards; conducts meetings with coaches to review performance and operations and provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving club goals. Handles member service matters: tours the club, explains coaching department services, signs members up for training agreements and appointments, mediates issues and concerns promptly, and escalates when appropriate. Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas; alerts operations staff of repairs or maintenance needs and conducts daily facility walk‑throughs. Supervises coach sales activities, reviews agreements, and prepares daily paperwork. Complies with operational procedures, follows up with compliance checks through monitoring of club systems and employee performance. Organization Relationships The MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager, and enforces all policies and procedures with the coaching team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees. Required Qualifications Knowledge, skills & abilities In‑depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. In‑depth experience and technical mastery of Mixed Martial Arts, including striking and grappling. (MMA PT Sales Manager only) Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Strong customer‑service focus; responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff. Understands and follows oral and written instructions; communicates clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills; understands basic record‑keeping practices and can prioritize multiple tasks. Computer proficiency with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Adheres to meal and rest break periods; must clock in and out for all shift times. Required Experience Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED. Four‑year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred). Minimum 2 years of related experience. Experience in management or employee relations preferred. Physical Requirements Regular standing required during job duties. Physical effort includes lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking; must be able to lift and/or move up to 45+ lbs frequently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
