Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Acquire and process diagnostic images; perform daily quality control within NYSDOH guidelines.
- Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies.

Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- 2 years of Nuclear Med experience
- 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
- NYS Rad Tech License
- NMTCB or ARRT(N)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
