Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active SLP license in Arkansas (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CF candidates considered
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for working with school-aged children in a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Communicate progress and strategies effectively with teachers, families, and staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and continuing education opportunities
