This is a hybrid design and sales role where personality matters just as much as performance. If you’re passionate about helping people, love to connect, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time, in-person, hourly + commission-based position, with earning potential between $50,000 and $100,000+ per year, depending on commission. Starting pay for new salespeople is approximately $24/hour (around $50,000 annually), with unlimited growth potential based on commissions. Design experience is not required – we provide paid training and mentorship. What we’re looking for is someone with a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in helping customers transform their spaces. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage walk-in clients with warmth and enthusiasm Guide clients through tile and design selections based on their project goals Build relationships with clients, contractors, interior designers, and vendors Provide excellent customer experiences from start to finish Maintain showroom appearance and update displays as needed Stay organized and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously Learn and grow within the role through ongoing training and mentorship What We’re Looking For People person – naturally friendly, extroverted, and approachable Self-starter – motivated and proactive Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Professional demeanor with a passion for helping others Sales experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Enthusiastic about design, style, and creativity – even if you’re not a designer yet!
