Work Mode : Full-time (Remote/Hybrid not available)

The Role

As a VIP Manager , you will own a portfolio of high-value players, delivering a premium, personalized experience that drives retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, combining relationship management with data insights to optimize player activity and satisfaction in a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP players to maximize retention and LTV.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, managing communications and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Execute targeted retention and reactivation strategies to reduce churn and increase engagement.
• Analyze player behavior and performance metrics (handle, GGR, frequency) to inform reinvestment and bonus strategies.
• Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Payments teams to deliver tailored promotions, rewards, and exclusive experiences.
• Ensure all VIP engagement aligns with Responsible Gaming practices and NJDGE regulatory requirements.
• Act as an escalation point for VIP issues, applying strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Monitor competitor VIP programs and industry trends to continuously enhance the player experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in VIP Management or Senior Account Management within iGaming or sports betting.
• Strong knowledge of the New Jersey iGaming market and NJDGE regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze player data and drive retention and revenue strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience handling high-value or high-profile clients.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove) and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Lee, NJ, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and major sporting events.

Preferred

• Background in luxury hospitality, high-end customer service, or client relationship management.
• Experience managing VIP programs in a regulated US market.
• Familiarity with bonus optimization and player lifecycle strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international iGaming or tech environment.
