This role is pivotal in the firm's growth, particularly in expanding strategic investor relationships and accelerating fundraising efforts. The Vice President will be responsible for leading capital formation across the firm's investment platforms, developing and managing relationships with a diverse range of investors, and representing the firm at various industry events. Applicants for the Vice President of Capital Formation position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in capital formation, fundraising, investor relations, business development, or institutional sales within alternative investments. A proven track record of successfully raising capital from different investor segments is essential, with a strong preference for those with established relationships within the RIA channel. The role requires a professional with a polished, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong work ethic, who is willing to travel extensively and is a cultural fit for a relationship-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alternative investment products, with real estate investment experience, and a background in fundraising across both equity and credit investment strategies.
