Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Summary:

We are hiring General Production Workers to support manufacturing operations through masking, racking, unracking, inspection, and general production tasks. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience who are looking to grow in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Apply masking tape, caps, plugs, and liquid mask to parts
• Hang and remove parts from racks for processing
• Inspect parts for quality, damage, and defects
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production paperwork
• Move completed parts to the next stage of production
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Assist with cleaning, prep work, and other production tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and read basic work orders
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in different departments

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Thurs–Sun)

Work Environment:

Manufacturing facility with varying temperatures and exposure to production chemicals. PPE is provided, and closed-toe shoes are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $20.77/hr.
