The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager in Madison, WI. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and maintain high standards of customer service and store operations. The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with additional high-level duties while sharing core responsibilities across sales, merchandising and leadership tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
