Performs responsibilities in accordance with department and Hospital Policies, state, federal and regulatory requirements: Title 22 Section 70517, 70519. Functions according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. Association Degree (COTA) from an accredited program required.2. Current state Occupational Therapy certification3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.4.
