Join a team that takes pride in the work we do.We are currently seeking a motivated Commercial HVAC Technician in Austin, TX to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC/R systems across commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the HVAC trade. Training is available for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs, maintenance, and service on commercial HVAC/R equipmentConduct field service visits to diagnose and troubleshoot system issuesUtilize mechanical knowledge to repair and replace HVAC componentsService air conditioning units and ensure systems operate efficientlyPerform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and performanceAssist with general property maintenance tasks as neededDrive a company vehicle to travel to multiple job sitesComplete service documentation accurately and in a timely mannerFollow safety procedures and comply with local codes and company standardsQualificationsSome experience as an HVAC Technician preferred; willing to train the right candidateStrong mechanical knowledge and technical aptitudeFamiliarity with HVAC/R systems and componentsEPA Certification (required)Air-cooled chiller experience is a plusWelding and basic electrical experience is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor conditionsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401K retirement planPaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle provided
