GMP-regulated manufacturing experience preferred. Advanced troubleshooting knowledge across electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and process instrumentation systems. Experience with Root Cause Analysis, equipment investigations, or reliability improvement. Ability to read P&IDs, schematics, loop drawings, and technical documentation. Experience mentoring or training technical employees. SAP CMMS or comparable system experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role with no direct people‑management responsibility. Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, financial security and life outside of work. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement and savings programs, paid time off, wellbeing resources, business resource groups, career development opportunities and additional programs to support you and your family.
