Why You'll Want This Role Includes base pay — plus uncapped commission potential Uncapped upside — Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commission Fast commission payouts — 0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours, 0.75% for evenings/weekends Full benefits — Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus 401(k) with company match Reliable time off — PTO after 90 days Real growth path — Fast-track promotion opportunities in a recognition-based culture What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads Respond to inbound leads within minutes Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads Work closely with outside sales and installation teams Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month You’ll Thrive Here If You're High-energy and competitive by nature A strong, confident phone communicator Motivated by a tracked, KPI-driven environment Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated A fast learner with strong follow-up discipline Experienced in sales or home improvement — a plus, but not required This isn't a clock-in, clock-out job.
