Location: Vero Beach, FL Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week) Compensation : 17-20.00 an hour based on experience.

Rise Modern Wellness is dedicated to helping our clients live healthier, more balanced lives. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Wellness Coach to join our team and support individuals on their journey toward better physical and mental well-being.
About the Role
We're seeking a part-time Wellness Coach to design and deliver personalized wellness programs to help clients build sustainable, healthy habits. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about holistic health who wants flexible, meaningful work. We also support each other by maintaining the facility, laundry, turning service rooms, etc. Attention to detail and a passion for a clean environment is a PLUS.
What You'll Do
Conduct one-on-one wellness coaching sessions. Create personalized action plans and track client progress over time
Maintain accurate session notes and progress records
Guide clients through their wellness appointments
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and active listening skills
Genuine passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life
Ability to create individualized plans based on client goals and needs
Comfortable with basic scheduling/tracking software
Someone who needs flexible scheduling that fits your life
Supportive, collaborative team environment
Experience in the service industry a must
Schedule
Flexible part-time hours, 3-4 days per week, Week days and Saturdays. Operation hours are from 8AM-7PM Mon-Thursday 8AM to 4PM Friday and Saturday Closed Sunday.
