Med-Surg Registered Nurse

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Dakota or compact licensed.
• AHA BLS, TNCC, PALS, and ACLS certifications are required within six months.
• Experience in a Med/Surg setting is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Positions Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in a medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and overall health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
