Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with local families and business owners by understanding their specific risk needs.

Develop personalized protection strategies that go beyond a standard policy to offer genuine peace of mind.

Review existing client accounts regularly to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.

Actively engage with the local community to represent our values and expand our network in Spotsylvania.

Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring every application and policy change is handled with precision and care.

Support your fellow team members by sharing insights and contributing to a positive, collaborative office culture.

Requirements

Current Virginia Property Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of managing an active book of business or consistent sales production.

Advanced knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.

Effective ability to explain complex policy details in clear, simple terms.

High level of proficiency with agency management software and digital application systems.

Deep familiarity with the local Spotsylvania and Northern Virginia insurance landscape.
