Title and Location Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote (Quincy, MA and surrounding areas) Benefits Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738 Plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus – that’s right, TWO bonuses to increase your earning potential Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs). Achievable Targets: Average 26 billable hours per week with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Industry-Leading Dual Bonus Program: Productivity Bonus – reward additional billable hours while maintaining work‑life balance. ABA Caseload Bonus – additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed, up to 10% of monthly base salary. Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Advance through BCBA levels I–IV, reducing productivity targets to 22 at levels III and IV. Autonomy Over Your Schedule: Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or related field. Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
