Join our seasonal riverfront restaurant in the heart of Chicago! Nestled along the iconic Chicago River, we offer stunning views, delicious cuisine, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to fill Front-of-House roles, including Hosts, Food Runners, and Bussers, to help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Role Overview:

As part of our Front-of-House team, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. Whether greeting and seating guests, delivering food, or keeping tables clean and ready, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service.

Responsibilities:

Hosts: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating.
Food Runners: Deliver food quickly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality.
Bussers: Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
