Join our seasonal riverfront restaurant in the heart of Chicago! Nestled along the iconic Chicago River, we offer stunning views, delicious cuisine, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to fill Front-of-House roles, including Hosts, Food Runners, and Bussers, to help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Role Overview:
As part of our Front-of-House team, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. Whether greeting and seating guests, delivering food, or keeping tables clean and ready, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service.
Responsibilities:
- Hosts: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating.
- Food Runners: Deliver food quickly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality.
- Bussers: Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
