This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact while maintaining a flexible part-time schedule. Working just 12 hours per week over 2-3 days, youll play a crucial role in helping young learners achieve their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license for Ohio
• Valid school-based certification
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based OT preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement IEP-driven interventions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and abilities in the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to cultivate a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Document student progress, maintaining thorough and compliant records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative guidance to staff and families
