Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Full-Time or Part-Time

Pascagoula, Mississippi

Our client, a well-established pediatric dental practice in Pascagoula, Mississippi , is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their growing team. Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $40+ per hour , depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive hygiene care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed.
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active Mississippi Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.
