What We Offer:

• Increased starting pay: $19.50 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $22.00 per hour after 3 months
• 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (temporary position - ends at the end of October)

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year(s) of production or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Physical ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), stand, and twist for 10–12 hours
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks during 8–10 hour shifts with scheduled breaks

• Assemble parts individually or in teams according to specifications and build schedules
• Conduct performance tests, check for defects, and make final adjustments
• Use hoists, motorized vehicles, or material handling equipment for transport
• Lubricate, clean, and perform preventive maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Cross-train and rotate into other roles or fill in as necessary
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
