Northwest Permanente, P.C. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible *Occupational Medicine* or *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)* physician to join our growing medical group at the North Lancaster Medical Office in Salem. You will join a collaborative team of Occupational Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians, along with Nurse Practitioners, supported by a highly skilled Integrated Care team. Our clinics are intentionally staffed with experienced professionals, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while enhancing both the patient and employer experience. *Program Highlights:* * Three Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job clinics are standalone sites located near KP medical office buildings throughout the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area, with dedicated services for occupational injury care. These clinics feature onsite physical therapy and advanced equipment for physical capacity evaluations and work-related rehabilitation. An additional On-the-Job clinic is located within a Salem KP medical office building. * All medical office buildings offer a full complement of ancillary services to support comprehensive patient care. * We serve a diverse mix of employers across industries including manufacturing, construction, natural resources, and distribution-reflecting the economic vitality of the Salem region. * This position offers excellent work-life balance with no call or urgent care responsibilities, and includes both in-person and virtual care.
