Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Largo, Florida. Physical Therapist – Discipline: Therapy – Start Date: ASAP – Shift: 8 hours, days – Employment Type: Travel. Responsibilities Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services; provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient\'s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record the patient\'s condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
