Dot Net Fullstack Lead

We are looking for an experienced Dot Net Fullstack Lead to oversee and drive our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in.NET technologies, Angular for frontend development, and SharePoint integration. This role involves leading a development team, architecting solutions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full software development lifecycle using.NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
• Manage and implement SharePoint customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
• Mentor and guide development team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise as a Dot Net Lead with hands-on development experience.
• Proficient in Angular for frontend development.
• Experience working with SharePoint, including customization and integration.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
