Salary Range: $500,000 - $550,000

We are in search of an enthusiastic and accomplished leader to take on the role of Division Head of Hematology & Oncology within one of the nation's leading healthcare systems, situated in Detroit, MI.

• Develop and expand a robust research initiative in translational science and clinical trials, including investigator-initiated studies across the Division.
• Drive clinical growth within a strong team of over 40 faculty members, focusing on care pathways and the establishment of disease-specific treatment approaches.
• Advance the mission of medical education by fostering a vibrant fellowship program and promoting an environment conducive to scholarly inquiry.
• Act as a collaborative leader who can enhance the Division's national reputation and energize its initiatives.
• Oversee Hematology/Oncology within the Department of Medicine and provide strategic guidance to the Cancer Institute Clinical Council, focusing on a comprehensive growth strategy.

Depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience, there may be opportunities for additional leadership roles within the healthcare system as we strengthen our partnerships with academic institutions and work towards achieving National Cancer Institute designation.
