Community Marketing Manager

As our Community Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies that strengthen our bakery’s presence, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth within the community.
You will serve as the connection between our bakery and the community by building strong relationships, leading marketing initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and creating opportunities that bring more celebrations to our guests.

What You'll Do
Lead Community Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing strategies aligned with bakery sales goals and brand objectives.
Create annual, seasonal, and promotional marketing plans to increase customer engagement and revenue opportunities.
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and community opportunities to support business growth.
Establish marketing priorities, measure results, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
Manage marketing budgets, resources, and promotional investments to maximize business impact.
Manage Community Engagement and Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, corporations, event planners, community organizations, and networking groups.
Lead community outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility and strengthen local partnerships.
Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at community events, business meetings, and promotional activities.
Develop strategies to expand corporate gifting, catering opportunities, celebrations, and special event orders.
Identify new partnership opportunities that generate customer growth and increase bakery exposure.
Maintain strong relationships with community partners to encourage repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Lead Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of local marketing campaigns.
Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, customer appreciation events, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with bakery leadership to ensure marketing activities support operational capacity and sales objectives.
Oversee the development of promotional materials, customer outreach initiatives, and community engagement activities.
Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to increase effectiveness.
Drive Business Growth and Sales Opportunities
Partner with bakery leadership to develop strategies that increase revenue, customer retention, and market presence.
Generate new business opportunities through community relationships, corporate partnerships, and outreach activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and organizations to increase bulk orders and event sales.
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth.
Provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall bakery performance.
Manage Marketing Operations and Projects
Establish goals, timelines, and performance expectations for marketing initiatives.
Lead marketing projects from planning through execution while ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with internal teams to successfully implement promotions, partnerships, and community programs.
Maintain organization of marketing activities, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Prepare reports and updates on marketing performance, community engagement, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate With Bakery Leadership and Teams
Work closely with the Bakery General Manager and operations team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Provide marketing insights and recommendations during business planning discussions.
Support a culture focused on customer experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that improve profitability and strengthen community presence.
What We're Looking For
Experience in marketing, community relations, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or franchise environments.
Proven experience managing marketing initiatives, business partnerships, or community engagement programs.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing strategies that support sales growth and business development.
Ability to manage projects, prioritize responsibilities, and achieve measurable results.
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
