A well-established outpatient practice in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, supportive team. Position Highlights 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient or hospital call Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours; 36 patient‑facing hours/week plus 4 hours admin Average patient load: 18–25 patients per day Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Comprehensive primary care services: preventive care, acute illness management, chronic condition oversight (diabetes, hypertension), and health maintenance for all ages Perform routine procedures: joint injections, minor skin procedures, suturing, and women's health services Coordinate care with behavioral health, nutrition, and specialty teams EMR: Epic; strong focus on documentation and regulatory compliance Practice in a growing Chicago suburb with easy access to the city, family‑friendly amenities, and excellent schools Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine residency Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for Illinois medical license Strong clinical, communication, and patient‑centered care skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $275K–$300K + productivity incentives Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off Employed position with supportive team and work‑life balance The Community This growing southwest suburb of Chicago offers the perfect balance of family‑friendly community living and easy access to big‑city amenities.
