OBGYN Physicians Opportunity

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking OBGYN Physicians for its multiple practices in Manhattan and Brooklyn with primary location at 234 East 85th Street.

Mount Sinai Doctors - East 85th Street is a multispecialty medical practice located in the Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattan's Upper East Side with additional locations in Brooklyn. Its physicians and staff work together in a highly collaborative environment to provide quality care to patients of all ages. This practice, in partnership with Mount Sinai MFM group, offers primary care to children and adults, as well as, prenatal care and an array of other specialties. Easily accessible by bus and subway, Mount Sinai Doctors - East 85th Street physicians are able to meets the healthcare needs under the same roof and provide patients with ongoing care. At Mount Sinai Doctors, East 85th Street, the obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) program is staffed by dedicated specialists and medical professionals (currently 8 General OBGYN Physicians, looking to grow to 9).

The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for OB/GYN and be fully committed to the mission of The Mount Sinai Health System. This position will require some night and weekend calls.

The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai's Department of OB/GYN is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care in high-functioning outpatient (80%) and inpatient (20%) environments
• University affiliated; community based practice
• Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a world-class health system
• Benefit from the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally ranked Medical School

• Use EPIC as a fully integrated Electronic Health Record
• Additional support staff

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
• Respectfully collaborate and build relationships with teammates
• Thrive in a constantly evolving environment, challenging the status quo and striving to innovate and improve care delivery

Compensation range from 250K to 350K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
