About the Role** We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the creation and alignment of teams around the product's vision, goals, and success metrics. This role is pivotal in driving impactful business outcomes by gathering insights, performing market and customer research, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The Product Manager will translate the vision and priorities into actionable work streams and manage the product backlog effectively. **Responsibilities** - Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap. - Align product goals with business objectives and customer value. - Translate strategy into measurable outcomes such as OKRs and KPIs. - Create and maintain a well-groomed product backlog. - Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria. - Prioritize tasks using frameworks like MoSCoW, WSJF, and Value vs Effort. - Balance technical debt, features, and defects. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. - Manage stakeholder relationships effectively. - Collaborate fluently with developers and understand technical concepts such as APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. **Education Qualification** - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. **Required Skills** - Expertise in defining and communicating product vision and strategy. - Proficiency in backlog management and prioritization. - Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Technical acumen to engage with development teams. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices. *Note: A background check is required for this position.*
