You'll thrive here if you: Bring 5-10+ years of project management experience in self-perform industrial construction Have led $5M-$10M+ projects from preconstruction through closeout Understand estimation, planning, scheduling, field operations, and onsite risk management Are forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented (experience with project management software + ERP; Procore a bonus) Build trust easily, communicate openly, and collaborate like a pro Hold a four-year degree or equivalent experience in industrial construction project management Ready to Step Into a Leadership Role That Feels Different?
