CT Technologist

Location: Mullica Hill, NJ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Days 12 (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) - Wednesday and Friday; every other Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

Job Description: The CT Technologist produces computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed by a licensed physician, according to established practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for examinations.
• Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of imaging results.
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss imaging procedures and findings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology with training in Computerized Assisted Tomography required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a staff Radiologic Technologist with previous C.T. experience preferred.
• New Jersey DEP license required.
• ARRT certification required.
• CT certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certified and BLS (AHA) certification required.
• IV certification required within 90 days of hire.
