The Role This is not a role for someone who needs a supervisor. It is a role for someone who IS the expert. As Treasury Manager, you will own BKV's daily treasury operations — cash positioning, liquidity, payment controls, Letters of Credit, and bank relationships — while driving SAP optimization and building the controls infrastructure that scales with a growing public company. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations, and you will be the go-to problem solver when things get complex. What You'll Own Daily cash positioning, forecasting, borrowings, and liquidity across the enterprise Payment operations (wires, ACH) with strong controls and zero-drama execution Bank account management, signatories, and banking relationship value Letters of Credit and Parent Guarantees — issuance, renewals, tracking, and compliance Treasury implementation, optimization, and automation SAP treasury implementation, optimization, and automation SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation Cross-functional partnership with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Operations What You Bring 7–10 years of treasury operations experience — you have done this exact role Deep expertise in cash management, controls, and bank operations Hands‑on SAP treasury experience strongly preferred Energy or capital‑intensive industry background preferred Self‑starter: you troubleshoot, you don't wait What We Offer Base: $95,000 – $180,000 depending on experience Short-Term Incentive: 25% target plus Eligibility for LTIP Hybrid: 2 days/week in our Denver, CO office ⚡ Real ownership on a lean, high‑impact finance team Mission‑driven company at the intersection of natural gas and clean energy Apply directly here or bkv.com Job #27772535 #J-18808-Ljbffr BKV Corporation
