About Our Practice : At Peninsula Center of Cosmetic Dentistry, we've been redefining excellence in dental care since 1986. Hear from our partner dentist, Dr. Joe Field: What we'll like about you:
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current CA license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
- Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written
- $900 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production for the first 6 months.
- 30% of adjusted production 2nd year and beyond.
- Sign-on bonus of $5000.
- Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
- Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in-house CE program.

- Licensure and DEA expenses covered
- Malpractice Insurance covered
- ADA and State Dues as well as AAP dues covered
- Internal programs, covering multiple specialties and subjects
