Responsabilidades El Coordinador de Referencias de Texas Family First (TFF) es responsable de coordinar y gestionar todas las referencias entrantes de Texas Family First en las regiones de servicio asignadas. Esta posición sirve como el punto de contacto principal para la dotación de personal y la coordinación de referencias, asegurando que las referencias se revisen de manera exhaustiva, se doten de personal apropiadamente y se procesen en cumplimiento con las políticas, procedimientos y requisitos contractuales de Texas Family First. Además, este rol asegura la dotación oportuna de casos, la gestión efectiva de referencias y la alineación de las necesidades del cliente con los servicios disponibles. La posición desempeña un papel crítico en el apoyo a la entrega de servicios, la mejora de los resultados del cliente y el mantenimiento del cumplimiento con los requisitos organizacionales y de financiamiento. El Coordinador de Referencias se comunicará estrechamente con el personal de DFPS, el personal de la corte, los proveedores de servicios, los subcontratistas y el personal interno del programa para asegurar el procesamiento oportuno de referencias y la inscripción en servicios ordenados por la corte. Este rol requiere fuertes habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle, comunicación profesional, pensamiento crítico y la capacidad de gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Requisitos Se prefiere bilingüe (inglés/español). Licencia de conducir de Texas válida, buen historial de conducción, capacidad para proporcionar transporte propio y prueba de seguro de automóvil vigente. Certificación de RCP/Primeros Auxilios. Edad mínima de 21 años según los estándares de licencias. Los requisitos físicos y mentales incluyen movilidad corporal, resistencia, levantamiento de hasta 60 libras, habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para dar y recibir instrucciones, visión precisa y adaptación a entornos de ritmo rápido y emocional. #J-18808-Ljbffr SJRC Texas
