Healthcare Data Analyst: Power BI, HEDIS & NCQA Metrics

NovumHealth, formerly Nevada Behavioral Health Systems, is hiring a Data Analyst in Las Vegas to transform clinical and operational data into actionable insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, work with claims data, and apply HEDIS/NCQA/value-based care measures to support decisions across teams.
The role requires 3+ years in healthcare analytics, proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and strong storytelling with data.
