Schedule Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate must possess a valid NJ or compact license and have at least one year of relevant experience. This role requires floating to like units, with a patient ratio of 4:1. The nurse will be expected to work every other weekend and one holiday during their assignment. Responsibilities Provide patient care within the PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown settings. Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation. Administer care for patients requiring various procedures including central line management and ventilator care. Monitor and interpret vital signs and lab results to make clinical decisions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown nursing experience. Current NJ or compact RN license required at time of submission.
