Outbound Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is growing our sales team in Henderson, NV , and we're looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representative who are comfortable talking with customers and ready to learn.
No previous sales experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings, we'll provide the training and leads to help you get started.

What You'll Do
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll speak with residential customers about available energy options and help identify solutions that fit their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to residential customers
• Explaining available energy products and services
• Recommending appropriate solutions
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Accurately documenting calls and customer information in our CRM

In-Office Training + Potential Work From Home
This position begins in our Henderson, NV office so you can receive hands-on training, coaching, and support.  Once training is completed and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met, there may be an opportunity to work from home. Remote arrangements are based on eligibility and management approval.
