Join Allied Universal as a Residential Patrol Officer, where you will drive through assigned communities, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this customer-focused role, you will support residents and guests through strong communication, quick observation, and dependable service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention. Monitor access points and observe coming and going activity to help support authorized entry, resident concerns, and/or visitor direction at the location. Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or policy concerns, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated property representatives. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
