Senior Domain Architecture Lead, Systems & Roadmaps (San Jose)

ASML is seeking a Head of System Domain Architecture in San Jose to define and evolve the system domain architecture across MDUs, ensuring alignment from strategy to delivery and maintaining architectural coherence.

You will lead a team of 5–10 system domain architects, mentor engineers, and drive roadmaps, design rules, and escalation leadership while partnering with ASML customers and internal groups worldwide.
