SuccessFactors Project Manager

SuccessFactors Project ManagerLocation: Must be able to work onsite in Salisbury, NC 1 day per week.Need a strong PM with good hands-on project experience around SuccessFactors and the implementation of SuccessFactors various modules to be considered.Skills:Previous experience working as a Technical PM.Experience working on a SuccessFactors implementation.Needs to understand the technical side of HR and the implementation phases, etc.Should understand how requirements effect IT, naming conventions and impacts / flows of decisions throughout organization.Experience working with EU partners and vendors.Previous experience on a project involving MuleSoft.AgileAI experience within SuccessFactors would be a huge plus but not required.Day-to-Day:Lead the implementation and integration of new HR modules within SuccessFactors.Manage the responsibilities of the staff assigned to the program.Outline and develop a project plan and timeline.Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.Review/submit deliverables and manage invoicing.Manage program financials.Ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.Communicate with global vendor and internal partners and stakeholders as needed.
