We are seeking an  Inside Sales / Sales Support Representative to support our outside sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales representatives and existing customer accounts.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate projects with estimating, production, prepress, mailing, and customer service teams.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain CRM records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from quote through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support is preferred.
• Commercial printing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
• Experience with catalogs, magazines, direct mail, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
